Occupying Forces Continue to Increase Attacks on the Front

In the past day, there were over 170 combat clashes on the front, marking the highest recorded level of hostilities in recent times, particularly in the Pokrovsk, Toretsk, and Lyman directions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled enemy attacks and inflicted significant losses on the occupiers.

Defeat and Destruction of Enemy Forces

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the past day, Ukrainian defenders eliminated nearly 1,030 occupiers. Additionally, 8 tanks, 5 armored combat vehicles, 43 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems, 114 operational-tactical level drones, and 136 units of automotive and special equipment, including fuel tankers, were destroyed.

“The enemy launched one missile strike on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, using three missiles and 114 airstrikes, dropping 202 guided aerial bombs. Furthermore, they carried out nearly 5,000 shellings, including 124 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 2,494 kamikaze drones for strikes,” the General Staff reported.

Nature of Attacks in Different Directions

Military personnel reported on the situation in specific areas of the front. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted four attacks, while in the Lyman direction, there were 22. In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian forces successfully halted three enemy attacks. The occupiers attacked 13 times in the Kramatorsk direction and 29 times in the Toretsk direction. In the Pokrovsk direction, defenders stopped 68 assault actions near 12 populated areas. The enemy also carried out 13 attacks in the Novopavlivka direction and 4 in the Orikhiv direction. On the Dnipro front, Ukrainian defenders repelled one attack, while in the Kharkiv and Hulyaipole directions, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions. In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian forces halted 15 assault actions by the invaders.
