According to reports from city residents, a real “waterfall” formed near the Lokomotiv Stadium, and near the Respublika shopping center, engineering networks were damaged, further complicating the situation.

Delays on Tram and Trolleybus Routes
As of 12:44, the municipal enterprise “Kyivpastrans” reported significant delays on several routes. In particular, the movement of trolleybuses No. 19, 23, 31 at the intersection of Dorohozhytska and H. Jones streets, trolleybuses No. 6, 18, 25, 28, 33 on Kyrylivska Street, as well as trams No. 12, 17, 19 at the intersection of Avtozavodska and Priorska streets is delayed.
