The Elements Disrupt Transport and Utility Infrastructure

Eyewitnesses report flooded underground passages in various parts of the city, as well as large stores, including a supermarket in the River Mall shopping center. In the Kharkiv district, the storm caused even more damage: strong winds tore off insulation from a high-rise building, creating additional danger for local residents.
