Motocross at the Puscha-Vodytsia resort is causing outrage among local residents

Residents of the capital’s Puscha-Vodytsia have called on the city authorities to ban motocross competitions, as well as activities related to the rental and servicing of motor vehicles in this climate resort and historical area.

Their protest has been formalized in the form of an electronic petition, posted on the official portal of the Kyiv City Council.
Arguments from the Initiators of the Appeal
The authors of the initiative emphasize that spontaneous motocross tracks and services for motor vehicles pose a danger to residents and visitors of the resort. According to them, this activity causes air and soil pollution and creates excessive noise for sound-sensitive areas, violating the rights of citizens and disrupting the normal operation of sanatorium and resort institutions.
“Illegal motocross tracks and street services for motor vehicles are turning this area into a dangerous zone, polluting the air, soil, and sound-sensitive environment, violating the rights of residents and the needs of sanatorium and resort institutions.”
