In Kyiv, in the Dniprovs’kyi district, an attack by an enemy drone occurred, causing damage to a high-rise building. Residents of this building are reaching out for help, as city services are not fulfilling their obligations to provide the necessary support.

According to one resident, Nataliia Ovdiienko, people, mostly pensioners, find themselves in a difficult situation. “People — mostly pensioners — don’t know where to turn. They don’t have smartphones, they can’t write applications online. And the worst part is they are left alone with their troubles. The housing office just shrugs and points to the city, while rain floods their apartments,” she noted on social media.
After the attack, residents were advised to call the police to document the damages, but no one is providing clear instructions on what to do next. People are left without assistance and do not know how to act in this situation.
