The National Bank of Ukraine, in collaboration with the charity fund “UAnimals,” has announced the launch of a nationwide charity campaign “PowerCoins,” aimed at supporting animals affected by the war.

Purpose of the Campaign and Collected Funds
The organizers are calling on Ukrainians to participate in collecting coins of 10 and 50 kopecks, as well as 1, 2, 5, and 10 hryvnias. The funds raised during the campaign will be directed towards purchasing food for evacuated animals, treating the injured and sick, and creating safe enclosures in shelters.
“Join the fundraising effort, perform worthy deeds, and turn your coins into a symbol of good deeds,” said the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, Andriy Pyshny.
How to Participate and Campaign Duration
To become a participant in the initiative, it is necessary to collect coins of the specified denominations and transfer them to the nearest branch of the campaign partners – Oschadbank or PUMB. All collected funds will be transferred to the account of the “UAnimals” fund.
The coin collection will continue until November 28. The organizers urge concerned citizens to turn small change into tangible help for those who need it most – animals affected by the war.
