Traffic has been partially restricted on Václav Havel Boulevard in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv due to ongoing road surface repairs. Drivers should be prepared for complications and seek alternative routes over the next three days.

Repair Details and Restriction Schedule
According to information from the municipal corporation “Kyivavtodor”, the repair work will take place from October 23 to 26, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During this period, traffic on Václav Havel Boulevard will be restricted. On October 23, the repairs will affect the section from Vydradnyi Avenue to Mykhailo Donts Street, and from October 24 to 26, the section between Academician Strazhesko Street and Mykhailo Donts Street.
“From October 23 to 26, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, traffic will be restricted on Václav Havel Boulevard in the Solomianskyi district of the capital,” the message states.
Changes to Public Transport Routes
As a result of the repairs, the route of bus No. 14-T will be temporarily changed. In the direction of Kontraktova Square, they will operate according to an updated scheme: Vydradnyi Avenue – Academician Shalimov Street – Academician Strazhesko Street – Václav Havel Boulevard, and then continue on the usual route to Kontraktova Square. The return route will remain unchanged.
The city authorities urge drivers to plan their trips considering the restrictions and to be cautious in areas where road work is ongoing.
