Following the massive airstrike on Kyiv, educational institutions on the left bank, as well as some schools and kindergartens in other areas of the city, are operating as Points of Invincibility.

Educational Process in Distance Format
Under the current conditions, classes are mostly conducted remotely: if there is electricity, teachers hold online lessons, and in the absence of it, students receive assignments for independent work. Special classes and groups have been organized in the educational institutions for children who cannot stay at home. Parents are urged, if possible, to refrain from sending their children to schools and kindergartens and to keep them at home.
Restoration of Utilities and Water Supply Situation
Utility services and enterprises are actively working on restoring electricity and water supply in the affected areas of the capital. On the right bank of Kyiv, particularly in the Pechersk, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Solomianskyi districts, there is a reduced water supply pressure. Residents of the Lukianivka neighborhood report that several apartment buildings lack hot water.
“The educational process continues in a conditionally remote format: with electricity, teachers conduct online lessons, and in its absence, children receive assignments for independent study. Special classes and groups have been organized in the institutions. Parents are asked, if possible, to keep their children at home.”
