The National Agency for the Detection and Management of Assets (ARMA) has initiated a competition to find a manager for the ‘Zhovten’ sanatorium, located in the prestigious area of Koncha-Zaspa on the Kyiv highway.

‘Zhovten’ Sanatorium: Key Characteristics and Value
The facility is a property complex with a total area of over 22,000 square meters, situated on a substantial territory in a picturesque corner of the Kyiv region. This location makes the sanatorium attractive to potential investors. According to the agency’s assessment, the market value of the complex is 60 million 757 thousand hryvnias.

Manager Selection Features and Contract Conditions
The sanatorium, like several other assets of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, was previously seized and transferred to ARMA to ensure a transparent management process. The selection of the manager will take place in an open format on the electronic platform Prozorro.
According to the terms of the future contract, the manager is obliged to transfer a significant percentage of the income from managing this asset to the State Budget of Ukraine on a monthly basis. Additionally, the contract stipulates a mandatory minimum monthly guarantee payment that the manager must pay regardless of whether profits have been made from managing the sanatorium.
