The North Atlantic Alliance has set the date for the next meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the ‘Ramstein’ format. The event is scheduled for October 15, 2025, and will be held at NATO headquarters.

Format and Organizers of the Meeting
The meeting is being organized by the United Kingdom and Germany. They are convening participant countries to discuss further steps in supporting Ukraine. At this time, the North Atlantic Alliance has not released the agenda for the upcoming meeting.
“On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the United Kingdom and Germany will convene the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at NATO headquarters.”
Previous Meetings and Composition of the Contact Group
The previous, already 30th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group took place in London on September 9. Most delegates participated in the discussion remotely, but the Ukrainian Minister of Defense was present in person in the British capital. Also attending the meeting were the Defense Ministers of Germany, Boris Pistorius, and the United Kingdom, John Healey, as well as NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
The Contact Group consists of nearly 50 countries that coordinate military assistance to Ukraine. During the previous meeting, the Defense Ministers of the United Kingdom and Germany announced the launch of new initiatives in military support for Ukraine.
