Details of the Traffic Restrictions on Demiivska Square
Starting this evening and lasting until mid-Saturday, traffic will be complicated on Demiivska Square, one of the busiest transport intersections in the capital. The reason for this is the repair work that municipal services are beginning.
According to the municipal corporation “Kyivavtodor”, the restrictions will last from 10:00 PM on December 19 to 12:00 PM on December 20. During this period, traffic on the overpass of the transport interchange at Demiivska Square, located in the Holosiivskyi district, will be partially closed.
“From 10:00 PM on December 19 to 12:00 PM on December 20, traffic on the overpass of the transport interchange at Demiivska Square in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital will be partially restricted,” the message states.
Which Areas Will Be Affected by the Repair Work
The road workers clarified that the main work will be carried out in the right lane of traffic exiting the transport interchange towards Lybidska Square from Valerii Lobanovskyi Avenue. Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance, considering possible traffic jams and to choose alternative routes to avoid inconveniences during peak hours.
