Trump’s Position on the War

While answering journalists’ questions, the spokesperson emphasized that Donald Trump’s position on the war between Russia and Ukraine remains unchanged. She noted that the U.S. president is optimistic about the progress being observed, while he is also aware of the realities of the military conflict between the two countries and seeks to avoid its prolongation.

“He remains optimistic about the progress we are seeing. But he is also a realist and understands that these are two countries at war,” the spokesperson said, adding that Trump “does not want this war to drag on.”

Details of Operation ‘Web’

On June 1, Ukrainian drones attacked several Russian military airfields. Drones hidden in modular houses placed on cargo platforms were used for this purpose. According to the Security Service of Ukraine, more than forty Russian military aircraft were destroyed during the operation. In Kyiv, it was reported that preparations for this large-scale operation lasted a year and a half.

Analysis of video footage and satellite images conducted by independent experts confirmed the destruction of at least eleven strategic bombers of the Russian Federation.
