Seeking a quick profit, the arsonists agreed to cooperate with Russia and carried out arson in the Darnytsia district, as well as in other areas of Kyiv region.
Joint Operation of Law Enforcement
The arrests of the enemy’s accomplices were conducted by operatives from the Sviatoshyn and Dnipro police departments in collaboration with employees of the SBU in Kyiv. Among those arrested were two young men, only 18 years old, who suffer from drug addiction.
The second group, consisting of four individuals, also operated in the Kyiv region, organizing a sabotage on the railway by setting fire to relay cabinets. As explained by the detainees, their actions were motivated by a desire to earn “easy” money. However, despite having successful video recordings of their “completed” tasks, they did not receive any financial reward, as noted by the communication department of the Kyiv police.
