During a meeting with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha expressed gratitude to the European Union for its unwavering support for Ukraine and its readiness to increase the volume of assistance. Sybiha noted that he informed Borrell about the current state of peace negotiations and reaffirmed Ukraine’s position:

. In his opinion, Ukraine will continue active cooperation with European partners on the path to achieving a just peace.

Specific Steps to Strengthen Ukraine

The minister stated that during the discussions, specific steps were identified aimed at strengthening Ukraine, raising the cost of aggression for the enemy, and accelerating Ukraine’s accession process to the EU.

“We also agreed on a schedule for further major Ukraine-EU events”

Visit to NATO

Prior to his visit to NATO headquarters, Andrii Sybiha participated in a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council. He emphasized that the main focus during the visit will be on achieving peace, strengthening stability in Ukraine, and increasing pressure on Moscow.
