Fighting on Main Frontlines and Enemy Losses
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled three attempts at storming by the occupiers. The enemy carried out 13 airstrikes, dropping 26 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 279 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements, 11 of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
Defense units in the Southern Slobozhansky direction resisted seven assaults by Russian troops in the areas of Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, Kam’yanka, and Ambarne. In the Kupiansk direction, 17 attacks were repelled in one day, while in the Lyman direction, 32.
In the Siversky direction, the enemy attempted to breach the defense near Hryhorivka twice. The Kramatorsk direction recorded one clash in the area of Oleksandro-Shultyn. In the Toretsk direction, the enemy launched five attacks in the areas of Toretsk, Diliivka, and towards Pleshchiyivka.
Massive Offensives and the Heroism of Defenders
The highest number of attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction — Ukrainian defenders halted 51 assault and offensive actions by the aggressor. In the Novopavlivsk direction, defense forces repelled 26 attacks. In the Orikhiv direction, the invaders attempted to advance towards Stepnohirske but were unsuccessful. In the Dnipro direction, the enemy failed twice in attempts to approach Ukrainian positions.
In the past day, Russian invaders suffered losses of 900 personnel. Additionally, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed four tanks, eight armored fighting vehicles, 49 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, an air defense asset, 186 operational-tactical level drones, and 88 units of automotive equipment belonging to the occupiers.
Ukrainian military continues to effectively withstand the enemy’s pressure, inflicting significant losses in personnel and equipment across the entire frontline.
