The number of injured during the night attack on Kyiv has risen to 19

On the night of July 10, Kyiv was subjected to another rocket attack from the Russian Federation, resulting in the death of 22-year-old police officer Maria Dzyumaga. She served in the Metropolitan Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv.

According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, two people were killed in the attack, and 19 others were injured. Among the injured is a minor girl, born in 2008.

“Maria joined the police force in Kyiv in 2023. She worked in the Metropolitan Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv. The criminal rocket strike carried out by Russian troops against the peaceful population took the life of this kind, cheerful, sincere, responsible, and dedicated police officer – this is how her colleagues and everyone who knew her will remember her,” the statement reads.
Maria Dzyumaga became a victim of the cynical attack by Russian forces, which once again struck residential areas of the capital. Police leadership and colleagues noted that she was responsible, sincere, and devoted to her work. The death of the young police officer has caused sympathy and sorrow among her colleagues and friends.
