The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to transfer the ownership of real estate previously belonging to former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Dmytro Vorona to the state.

What Real Estate is Up for Sale
Two apartments are being auctioned in open online auctions scheduled for September 29, 2025, in the “Prozorro.Sales” system. The first is located in Kyiv at Saksahanskoho Street, building 121, apartment 36, with an area of 67.5 sq. m. The second apartment is in Myrhorod, Poltava region, at Hoholia Street, building 113, apartment 49, with an area of 53.7 sq. m.
Court Ruling and Dmytro Vorona’s Activities
In 2024, the court found Dmytro Vorona guilty of treason, aiding an aggressor state, and violating the laws and customs of war. Investigators established that Vorona was an advisor to Balitsky, who is listed in the register of traitors.
Vorona prepared an appeal to Putin, proposing to reward Russian military personnel and collaborators who participated in the seizure of part of the territory in southern Ukraine.
Later, he became a “senator of the Russian Federation” from the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region and moved to Moscow.
From 2013 to 2014, Dmytro Vorona headed the State Registration Service of Ukraine, and in 2012 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice. Prior to that, in 2010, he served as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, after which he was appointed head of the State Migration Service.
