This decision was announced on social media by the head of KMVA, Tymur Tkachенко, who highlighted the significant track record of the newly appointed leader.

Professional Path and Military Experience of Ihor Reva

According to Tymur Tkachенко, Ihor Reva has a successful background in project management both in the civilian sector and in military structures. Before the large-scale aggression by Russia, he worked as a project manager, but with the onset of the war, he voluntarily mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He shared this on social media, emphasizing his commitment to defending the country.

After the Russian invasion, Reva underwent military training in Germany and actively participated in the counteroffensive in Zaporizhzhia as part of the 47th Brigade “Mahura.” Additionally, he led the creation and implementation of the mobile application “Reserve+” and organized the work of the patronage service, which supports soldiers and their families in the GUR units. He is married and has a son.
