Continuation of Cooperation Between the US, NATO, and Ukraine
In July, US President Donald Trump, during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, announced plans to provide Ukraine with military assistance worth billions of dollars, which will be financed by NATO. Immediately after this, the US and NATO launched the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative, designed to expedite the supply of weapons systems and equipment to Ukraine that can be quickly provided from the United States.
Thanks to the new mechanism, partners will have the opportunity to finance the supply of American weapons and technologies through voluntary contributions. New aid packages will be announced regularly, and NATO will coordinate their delivery.
