Forecasters have announced an updated forecast for Kyiv and the region for the upcoming Saturday weekend.

Forecasters’ Expectations for the Weather
According to meteorologists, on August 30, residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region should prepare for a true summer heatwave. The entire day is expected to be dry, with no atmospheric precipitation; however, increased wind activity is anticipated, which may make the weather somewhat less comfortable, especially in open areas.
“In Kyiv and the region — slight cloudiness, no precipitation. The wind is from the south, 7-12 m/s,” forecasters warned.
Temperature Indicators for the Kyiv Region
At night, the air temperature in the region will fluctuate between 11-16° Celsius. During the day, thermometers will rise to +26-31°, which is typical for August. In Kyiv itself, nighttime temperatures will bring +13-15°, while daytime temperatures are expected to reach up to +29° Celsius. Weather conditions will remain favorable for walks; however, due to the heat and wind, it is recommended to limit prolonged exposure to the sun and ensure adequate water intake.
