Zelensky Announces Changes in the Distribution of Military Personnel Among Combat Brigades

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a working meeting with Deputy Head of the President’s Office Pavlo Palisa, during which new approaches to the distribution of personnel among the combat brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were discussed.

“We are preparing the details of the decision regarding new parameters for the distribution of personnel among combat brigades, and it must be truly rational.”

According to the head of state, the conversation also addressed issues of military education in Ukraine. However, Pavlo Palisa is currently refraining from public comments regarding this meeting.

Demand for Changes in the Distribution System

Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement after another meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff regarding the necessity of fair distribution of personnel among the brigades. This issue received special attention due to the need to ensure efficiency and an even workload on units carrying out the most challenging combat tasks.

Concrete Proposals Are Being Developed

Deputy Head of the President’s Office Pavlo Palisa reported that the issue of optimizing distribution can no longer be postponed, and he, along with Chief of the General Staff Andriy Hnatov, has been tasked by the president to prepare specific proposals for improving this system.

Palisa emphasized the need to implement a transparent and unified distribution system that will ensure fairness, trust, and stability for all units, especially for those holding the most challenging fronts.
