The Volyn District Administrative Court has ruled to cancel the permit for the construction of the residential complex “N2O” in the eco-park area of Osokorky in Kyiv. This decision came after the public organization “Eco-Park Osokorky” reported that construction work was being carried out without the appropriate legal grounds and in violation of the law.

The ruling, which was made on April 25, states that the permits for the construction of the residential complex did not comply with legislative norms. According to representatives of the public organization, the case was transferred to Lutsk due to automatic distribution after the disbandment of the Kyiv District Administrative Court in 2022.
“Attention! By the court’s decision, the permit for the construction of the residential complex «N2O» has been canceled. Accordingly, any offers for the purchase of apartments in the N2O residential complex are illegal and may be classified as fraud. We urge everyone to be cautious,”

Reactions from the Developer and Next Steps
The Stolitsa Group has called the decision of the Volyn District Administrative Court unlawful and stated its intention to appeal the ruling. At the same time, the developer emphasizes that it will adhere to all legal norms and continue to protect its interests.
This situation raises questions about the legitimacy of construction in this part of Kyiv and also raises concerns about compliance with urban planning regulations. Since construction work has already begun, this court ruling may have significant implications for the project’s future development.
