Investigators have established that in 2023-2024, Dmytro Zahumenniy, the head of the KCSA, repeatedly traveled outside Ukraine using fake documents. The official reason for the trips, according to the submitted documents, was meetings with leaders in digital transformation and the development of international relations for the capital.

Document Forgery and Investigation Progress
The investigation revealed that the invitation letters provided by the hosting party were forged. Based on these documents, Dmytro Zahumenniy made two trips abroad, during which he spent over two weeks in Italy and Spain.
