Serhiy Kos’yanenko, who is the beneficiary of the Odesa “International University” and the grandson of former MP from the “Party of Regions” Serhiy Kivalov, was a member of the board of directors of a British company until March 27, 2026, alongside Russian businessman Serhiy Nesterenko, who was placed under Ukrainian sanctions in 2022.

Collaboration in the London Company
The company “Holland Park Villas Management”, located in Westminster near Buckingham Palace, specializes in property management on a paid or contractual basis. According to the British register of legal entities, Kos’yanenko took a managerial position in this firm on November 1, 2022. Serhiy Nesterenko, under sanctions since 2022, joined the company in March 2025 and remains in its management. Thus, Kivalov’s grandson and the sanctioned Russian entrepreneur worked together on the board of directors for a year – from March 2025 to March 2026.
“Holland Park Villas Management” is a non-profit organization, and he worked there on a “voluntary basis”, claiming he never met Nesterenko and had no relations with him.
Kos’yanenko’s Explanation and Other Facts
After receiving a request from journalists on March 27, 2026, Serhiy Kos’yanenko left the board of directors of the company the same day. In a letter to the editorial office, he emphasized that he has no relations with Serhiy Nesterenko and has never met him. At the same time, according to data from Russian registers, Nesterenko regularly visited Russia until 2023.
It is also noted that Kos’yanenko holds several managerial positions in other companies in the United Kingdom.
