The Kyiv Automobile Repair Plant was put up for an online auction, where its value increased nearly threefold, to over 123 million UAH.

Details of the Plant’s Privatization
The unique property complex of the state enterprise “Kyiv Automobile Repair Plant” was sold as part of the privatization process through an auction. According to the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the sale of the plant took place in the format of open online bidding, with four bidders participating. The competition among participants led to a significant price increase — the starting price of the lot rose by 2.8 times.
“An online auction for the privatization of the unique property complex of the state enterprise ‘Kyiv Automobile Repair Plant’ took place… 123.3 million UAH — the result of the online auction for privatization,” the statement reads.
Location of the Facility and Its Importance to the City
The main office of the plant is located in Kyiv, near the “Beresteyska” metro station and the “Nivky” park. This location provides the enterprise with a favorable geographical position, which may contribute to the further development of the area and attract investors.
Due to privatization, it is expected that the facility will receive a new impetus for modernization and effective use of its assets.
