The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the sale of the sole property complex of the ‘Scientific and Technical Center ‘Plasmotron’ of the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Privatization Conditions and Object Characteristics
The auction will take place on August 28 on the ‘Prozorro.Sales’ platform, with a starting price of 131 thousand hryvnias. The ‘Plasmotron’ enterprise is located in the Shevchenkivskyi district and has real estate at its disposal: a two-story building with annexes totaling 432.5 square meters, which is used as an administrative and production facility, as well as a metal storage room with an area of 105 square meters. Additionally, the enterprise accounts for 37 units of movable property.
Buyer Requirements
Among the key conditions for the sale is the mandatory repayment of wage arrears and debts to the budget within six months from the date of purchase. The buyer must also guarantee that the employees of the enterprise will not be laid off during this period.
The bidding will take place in the ‘Prozorro.Sales’ system on August 28. The starting price of the lot is 131 thousand hryvnias
