The property complex of the state enterprise, which specializes in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, has been put up for sale through an online privatization auction scheduled for May 27 in the «Prozorro.Sales» system. The starting price of the lot is 88.485 million hryvnias.

The total area of the enterprise is over 26 thousand square meters, including production, administrative, and warehouse facilities located in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. This is one of the key facilities in the vehicle maintenance sector in the region.
Privatization Conditions and Preservation of the Workforce
According to the privatization conditions, the buyer must settle the enterprise’s debts regarding salaries and to the state budget within six months. Additionally, the preservation of the existing workforce without layoffs is stipulated, which is an important aspect for maintaining jobs and the stability of the enterprise.
