The State Property Fund has re-listed this lot for electronic bidding. According to the «Prozorro.Sales» platform, the starting price of the object is 7 million 534 thousand 169 hryvnias. Auction participants will be able to purchase the complex at this price if there are no increases in bids during the auction.

The asset is located in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv at the address: Oleksandra Konyiskogo Street (Turgenevskaya), 82A. The complex includes nine registered units of real estate — among them an administrative building, a garage, two recreation houses, and a storage facility. The total area of the object is 3084.7 square meters. The main type of activity of the enterprise, according to its charter, is activities in the field of architecture.
