The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the sole property complex of the state enterprise “Scientific Center for Precision Engineering.”

Sale Conditions and Starting Price
The starting price of the lot is 3,403,531 hryvnias. The auction is scheduled for June 27. The winner of the bidding will acquire ownership of a real estate complex that includes a group of rooms on the first and second floors of the administrative building with a total area of 1,300 square meters, as well as 97 units of movable property – equipment, furniture, and other inventory.
History and Activities of the Enterprise
The state enterprise “Scientific Center for Precision Engineering” was established in April 2000 through the reorganization of the state joint-stock holding company “Kyiv Radio Plant.” The center is subordinate to the National Space Agency of Ukraine.
The enterprise’s activities are focused on conducting research and experimental developments in the field of natural and technical sciences. The main area of work is the development, production, and repair of equipment for air-plasma metal cutting.
“The conditions of sale include the settlement of the enterprise’s wage debts and obligations to the budget, as well as the prevention of employee layoffs.”
