The auction features a luxurious house with an area of 731.6 square meters, located on the banks of the Dnipro River with a view of the Obolon Embankment, as well as three apartments in Kyiv. In particular, the properties are situated in the prestigious Obolon and Desnyansky districts of the capital. The total market value of these assets exceeds 123 million hryvnias.

“All funds received from the management of this property will be directed to the state budget”.

Auction Conditions and Legal Nuances

The auction is conducted through the electronic system Prozorro and will last until August 29, 2025. Within the framework of this auction, a manager will be selected who will be responsible for the effective use and preservation of the seized real estate.

The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that irreversible confiscation of assets is only possible within the framework of the sanctions procedure established by the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court. This approach ensures transparency in the process and guarantees that the assets of sanctioned individuals, including Medvedchuk’s property, are used in the interests of the state.
