The National Agency for Detection, Investigation, and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes has announced a repeat transparent tender for the search for a manager for the October Palace, located in Kyiv. This decision was made after the previous competition did not take place due to the submission of only one participant, whose documents were rejected for non-compliance with the requirements.

According to agency representatives, the main goal is to attract a professional manager capable of maximizing the potential of this historic site. The tender was announced on the Prozorro platform, and the submission of proposals will continue until 6:00 PM on May 26, 2025. The historic property, covering more than 17,597 square meters, is a landmark cultural location in the capital, which holds not only significant historical importance but also potential for the development of a modern cultural space.
What is Expected from the Manager?
According to the tender conditions, effective management should contribute not only to financial benefits for the state budget but also ensure the proper functioning of the space, particularly as a modern concert and cultural center. The agency emphasizes that the assets should not remain idle, but rather be utilized to the fullest for the development of cultural infrastructure.
