Kyiv Aviation Institute Introduces Monetary Reward for Recommending Applicants

Авіаційний інститут розпочав фінансову програму пошуку талантів

The Kyiv Aviation Institute has launched a new financial program to search for and attract talented applicants. As part of this initiative, students, faculty, staff, and even alumni can receive a monetary reward for recommending future students.

Participation Conditions and Application Procedure

To participate in the program, one must find a capable candidate interested in studying at the Kyiv Aviation Institute. After that, an online form should be filled out, providing the applicant’s contact details (name, phone number, and email), as well as the recommender’s information. Then, the Admissions Center staff will contact the potential student, provide guidance on the admission process, and assist with document preparation. The recommender may further support their candidate, although this is not a mandatory condition.

Reward Payment Procedure and Program Duration

A reward of 5,000 UAH is automatically credited to the recommender after the official enrollment of the applicant at KAI. Each applicant can only be recommended by one person — in case of duplicate candidates, priority is given to the one who submitted the application first. Payment is made after all formalities related to the student’s enrollment at the university are completed.

The program is valid until the end of the 2025 admission campaign, that is, until October 20. It aims to attract motivated young people based on personal recommendations from the institute’s staff and alumni.

“For the university, this is an opportunity to find motivated students through personal recommendations. Institute staff know better than anyone else what qualities are needed for successful study. For staff, it’s a chance to earn additional income by helping young people choose a good education. And for applicants, it’s an opportunity to receive support on their path to admission.”

The institute encourages everyone interested to become ambassadors for the institution and help talented youth choose their future profession.
