A tender has been announced in Kyiv for large-scale renovation works on the Alley of Honorable Burials at the Forest Cemetery

The municipal enterprise “Specialized Combined Enterprise for Communal and Household Services” has initiated a major renovation of a special area at the Forest Cemetery in the capital. To carry out this work, the enterprise has begun searching for a contractor through the electronic procurement system Prozorro.
According to the published tender documentation, the winning company will receive over 304 million hryvnias for the renovation of landscaping facilities in the areas designated for honorable burials. The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2026.
The capital’s funeral service, represented by the Municipal Enterprise “Specialized Combined Enterprise for Communal and Household Services,” is looking for a contractor to carry out the major renovation of the Alley of Honorable Burials at the Forest Cemetery in Kyiv for over a third of a billion hryvnias.
What the Renovation Project Entails
The contractor is expected to perform a series of works to improve the area. In particular, a covering made of decorative paving elements will be installed over an area of 2,600 square meters. Additionally, a new asphalt concrete surface is to be laid over an area of 4,000 square meters.
The announcement of the tender for such large-scale works indicates the intention of the city authorities to create a modern and well-maintained infrastructure at the Alley of Honorable Burials at the Forest Cemetery.
