The Svyatoshyn district of Kyiv is preparing for a large-scale renovation of two parks, with over 62 million hryvnias allocated for the project.

Plans for the Parks’ Reconstruction

The municipal enterprise “Kyivzelenbud” has announced a tender for the capital repair of two green areas in the Svyatoshyn district of the capital. According to information posted on the official electronic procurement portal Prozorro, the total investment in the project amounts to 62.2 million hryvnias.

Which Parks Will Be Renovated

According to the tender documentation, the renovation will affect the park at the intersection of Beresteiskyi Avenue and Chornobylska Street, as well as the park located at Beresteiskyi Avenue, 144. The capital repair will involve comprehensive work on landscaping, greening, and modernizing the infrastructure of these public spaces.

The contractor selected through the open competition is required to complete all planned work no later than December 31, 2026.
