Who Leads “Kyivzelenbud”

One of the key municipal enterprises in the capital is “Kyivzelenbud,” which is now headed by Olha Manko. She has experience in the field of landscaping, having managed the municipal enterprise responsible for maintaining green spaces in the Podil district of Kyiv from 2015 to 2020.

“Kyiv residents have seen that these officials are mostly old new faces. It seemed that Klitschko’s team, long tarnished by corruption scandals, opaque tenders, and unverified million-dollar fortunes, finally had a chance to cleanse itself and restart. But is this really a reboot?”

According to Olha Manko’s declaration, she owns a significant real estate portfolio, which includes two apartments: one in Kyiv (50 sq. m) and another in Boryspil, slightly larger than the first. Additionally, she owns a residential house in Boryspil with an area of nearly 130 sq. m, purchased for 157 thousand hryvnias, as well as six plots of land, mostly located in the Boryspil district.

The financial assets of the new head of “Kyivzelenbud” amount to 800 thousand hryvnias and 53 thousand US dollars in cash. She has over 170 thousand hryvnias and 1612 US dollars in her bank accounts.

Changes in Leadership: What is Known About the New Managers

Many Kyiv residents have noticed that some of the newly appointed leaders are already familiar faces who previously worked in city structures. The public is waiting to see if these appointments can truly represent a reboot of municipal enterprises, as the team renewal was necessary in light of previous corruption scandals and transparency issues in tender processes.
