Myroslava Smirnova has become the new head of the UDAR political party faction in the Kyiv City Council.

Changes in personnel have occurred within the UDAR faction in the Kyiv City Council. Vitali Klitschko announced during the plenary session on December 4 the termination of the powers of the co-chairs of the faction, Dmytro Bilotserkivets and Valentyn Mondryiivskyi. Myroslava Smirnova has been elected as the new head of the faction.

“I announce the termination of the powers of the co-chairs of the deputy faction of the UDAR political party in the Kyiv City Council of the 9th convocation, Dmytro Oleksandrovych Bilotserkivets and Valentyn Mykolayovych Mondryiivskyi, and the election of Myroslava Mykhailivna Smirnova as the head of the faction,” said Vitali Klitschko.

The reasons for the personnel changes within the UDAR faction have not been disclosed.
Changes in the Unity Faction
In addition to the transformations in UDAR, Vitali Klitschko also announced updates in the leadership of the Unity faction: from now on, the duties of the deputy head of the faction will be performed by Ihor Shpak.
