Undisputed world heavyweight boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk has shared his plans regarding the end of his sports career.

Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, who will turn 39 in January, announced his intention to remain in the ring until he is 41. After that, the athlete plans to focus on developing his own sports academy and training young boxers.

Usyk mentioned that he plans to invest his knowledge and experience in creating a boxing school that will help nurture a new generation of Ukrainian champions. According to the athlete, he wants not only to train others but also to personally maintain his physical fitness and train alongside his students.
“I will be boxing until I am 41. After that, I will build a sports academy, where I will train and continue to train myself,” said Oleksandr Usyk.
Plans for Upcoming Fights
Usyk last stepped into the ring in July, where he secured a victory in a rematch against British boxer Daniel Dubois. The boxer also confirmed that he plans to have his next fight in 2026. Preparation for it has already begun, and the athlete works on his physical condition every day.
Oleksandr Usyk emphasized that he is training intensively to return to the ring next year and continue his winning streak.
