The Minister of National Unity, Oleksiy Chernyshov, has returned to Ukraine after completing a business trip abroad. He announced this on June 22 on his Facebook page, emphasizing the importance of the mission undertaken and that it received unexpected resonance in the media space.

Return to Work and New Tasks
According to the official, he will resume his duties in the Cabinet of Ministers the very next day. Chernyshov stressed the need to implement the agreements reached, particularly in the area of support for Ukrainian citizens residing in European Union countries. The minister announced further efforts to maintain and expand such support.
Reaction to Rumors and Discussions About the Trip
Oleksiy Chernyshov also commented on the rumors that appeared in the media regarding his possible non-return to the country. He expressed his intention to thoroughly investigate the discrediting campaigns and emphasized that the truth always prevails.
Earlier, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported in parliament that Chernyshov’s trip would last until the end of the current week. At the same time, MP from the Holos party, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, noted, citing his own sources in the government, that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office had sent Chernyshov an invitation to present charges.
