The situation on the frontline remains tense

Over the past day, there have been more than 150 combat encounters between Ukrainian defenders and enemy forces along the line of confrontation. The hottest events were recorded in the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka, Northern Slobozhansky, and Kursk directions.
Enemy Losses and Strikes on Ukrainian Positions
Ukrainian military forces eliminated nearly 1,080 Russian occupiers in one day. Additionally, four tanks, eight armored combat vehicles, 63 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems, as well as 64 operational-tactical level drones were destroyed. Furthermore, Ukrainian forces rendered 110 units of automotive and special equipment inoperable, including fuel tankers.
“Russian invaders carried out 32 airstrikes, dropping 43 guided bombs. In addition, they deployed 982 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,634 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas,” the General Staff reported.
Main Directions of Combat Operations
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, there were 28 combat encounters. The enemy also attacked the areas of Vovchansk, Lyptsy, and Dovhenke eight times in the Southern Slobozhansky direction. In the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor made two attempts to break through, which were repelled by Ukrainian defenders.
The Lyman direction saw 14 repelled assaults, while in the Siversky direction, the occupiers attempted to breach the defense twice. In the Kramatorsk direction, there were 13 enemy assaults, and in the Toretsk direction, 15 combat encounters took place.
Particularly intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk direction, where the enemy launched 40 attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian army in the areas of 14 populated localities. In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 15 attacks from the invaders.
Additionally, in the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy assault each. In the Dnipro direction, the locality of Lviv was under airstrike.
