Stabilization Power Outages in the Capital
According to the order from NEC “Ukrenergo”, stabilization power outages will be in effect in Kyiv on October 24. Electricity will be turned off from 07:00 to 23:00, allowing energy workers to carry out necessary repairs and stabilize the situation in the energy system.
