Situation at the Front: Ukrainian Armed Forces Repelled 120 Attacks, Most Fighting in the Pokrovsk Direction

The operational situation at the front remains tense: over the past day, 120 combat clashes were recorded between Ukrainian forces and the Russian Federation’s troops.

Main Directions of Combat Operations and Enemy Losses

The highest activity of the occupiers was observed in the Pokrovsk, Oleksandrivka, and Sloviansk directions. It was here that the enemy launched massive assaults, attempting to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian defenders inflicted significant losses on the enemy. In one day, nearly 910 invaders were eliminated, one tank was destroyed, five armored combat vehicles, 35 artillery systems, 440 operational-tactical level drones, and 128 units of automotive equipment were taken out.

“The enemy carried out 90 airstrikes and dropped 184 guided bombs. In addition, they conducted 4987 shellings, including 152 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 6688 kamikaze drones for strikes,” the General Staff reported.

Combat Operations Map by Directions

  • North-Slobozhansky and Kursk Directions: the enemy launched three airstrikes using eight guided bombs and conducted 210 shellings, six of which were from MLRS.
  • South-Slobozhansky Direction: 11 attempts to breach the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were recorded.
  • Kupiansk Direction: the occupiers made four attacks.
  • Lyman Direction: the enemy attempted to breach the defenses of Ukrainian forces nine times.
  • Sloviansk Direction: defenders repelled 14 enemy attacks.
  • Kostyantynivka Direction: 12 attacks from the enemy were recorded.
  • Pokrovsk Direction: in this direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 39 assault actions near 13 populated areas.
  • Oleksandrivka Direction: the enemy attempted to advance 14 times.
  • Orikhiv Direction: three attacks by the Russian army were repelled.
  • Dniprovsk Direction: Defense Forces stopped three enemy assaults in the area of the Antonivsky Bridge.
  • Kramatorsk and Huliaipole Directions: there were no offensive actions from the enemy in these sections of the front.

Overall, the situation remains complex; however, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are effectively holding back the advance of the Russian Federation and inflicting serious losses on the enemy across all key directions.
