Traffic Restrictions on Kyrylivska: Details
Starting today and lasting until mid-October, motorists and pedestrians will face restrictions on Kyrylivska Street. Road services have announced that due to sidewalk repairs, the first lane heading towards the city center will be partially closed, along with part of the sidewalk.
“From August 28 to October 17, traffic will be partially restricted on Kyrylivska Street — the first lane heading towards the city center and the sidewalk,” the announcement states.
Where the Work is Taking Place
Teams from the municipal road maintenance enterprise in the Podil district are conducting sidewalk repairs on the section from Syretska Street to Petropavlivska Street. As a result, drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance and, if possible, choose alternative detours to avoid traffic jams.
The repairs on Kyrylivska are part of a program to update the capital’s roadways, aimed at improving infrastructure and safety for all road users.
