This weekend, on April 5 and 6, a temporary suspension of service is planned between the metro stations “Lisova” and “Dnipro”. This is due to the ongoing repairs to the Darnytskyi overpass.

According to the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration, during the repairs, the beams of the span structures will be dismantled, which will require the closure of the ground metro stations from “Lisova” to “Dnipro” to ensure passenger safety.
“Yes, this weekend, beams of the span structures will be dismantled at the Darnytskyi overpass. Therefore, for passenger safety, the ground metro stations from ‘Lisova’ to ‘Dnipro’ will be closed,” the statement reads.
To ensure passenger transportation during the suspension of metro train services, bus No. 1M will operate on a parallel route. Buses will run at intervals of up to 10 minutes.
Bus Route No. 1M
Buses will travel from the metro station “Lisova” to “Arsenalna”:
- along Brovars’kyi Prospect,
- Dniprovs’kyi Descent,
- Heroes of Kruty Alley,
- then along Ivana Mazepy Street to the metro station “Arsenalna”.
In the opposite direction, the route will be similar, except for the section between the metro stations “Darnytsia” and “Chernihivska”, where transport will run via Andrii Malyshek Street.
Additionally, the city authorities intend to increase the number of trams on routes No. 8 and No. 27, as well as buses No. 118.
