The Kyiv crematorium has begun the restoration of the ritual halls, which are a key part of the memorial and ceremonial complex “Memory Park,” located within the Baikove Cemetery.

Extensive Update of Architectural Forms
The restoration of the farewell halls aims to return them to their authentic appearance while preserving the historical and architectural value of the site. The restoration project includes a comprehensive update of both the external and internal elements of the buildings, which will help maintain the uniqueness of the architectural ensemble and ensure compliance with modern requirements.
All Permits Obtained
To carry out the restoration work, all necessary approvals and permits have been obtained. Approval from the Scientific Council of the Department of Cultural Heritage Protection of the Kyiv City State Administration, a permit for restoration from the same department, as well as a construction permit from the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine have ensured the legitimacy and high standards of the work being conducted.
