Over the past week, capital rescuers, with the involvement of all services, responded to more than 190 calls to address emergency situations. This was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv.

Main Indicators of Rescuers’ Work in Kyiv
From April 28 to May 4, there were eight responses to eliminate the consequences of shelling and to survey the areas. Additionally, 113 calls were registered for fires, three for emergency situations, and 32 for assistance to the public and services. It is worth noting that 39 calls turned out to be false, meaning they did not require a response.
Rescue Operations and Human Losses
During the fires, 29 people were rescued. Unfortunately, as a result of the shelling, three residents of the city lost their lives. The State Emergency Service emphasizes the importance of adhering to safety rules during alarms.
