“On August 25, due to security measures involving foreign delegations, temporary traffic restrictions will be in effect in Kyiv, which will be implemented in the central part of the city,” the announcement states.

The State Guard Administration emphasizes that residents of Kyiv and visitors to the city should consider potential difficulties when moving around.
