Protest in Kyiv: Participants’ Demands
Citizens gathered in front of the embassy with signs reading “No territorial exchange,” “Don’t trust international criminal Putin,” and “Bring the prisoners of war home.” Participants called on the international community to prevent the so-called “territorial exchange” and emphasized the need for the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

Participants of the rally actively signed letters addressed to U.S. President Donald Trump. In their appeals, they urged Trump to demand from Putin not a territorial exchange, but the return of prisoners based on the principle of “all for all.”
Support for Ukraine in Alaska
Simultaneously, a pro-Ukrainian rally took place in the American city of Anchorage, Alaska. There, several hundred people gathered with Ukrainian flags and signs saying “Alaska stands with Ukraine,” demonstrating solidarity with the Ukrainian people ahead of the important meeting of world leaders.

The gathering in support of Ukraine united concerned residents of both countries who oppose the possible territorial exchange and demand the return of all Ukrainian prisoners of war.
