The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, declared in May 2025 the receipt of six firearms and various components, with a total value exceeding 1.2 million hryvnias.

Details of the Gift and Composition of the Arsenal
According to Vitaliy Klitschko’s declaration, in October 2023, his brother Volodymyr Klitschko gifted him a whole arsenal, which includes four rifles, a pistol, a shotgun, as well as several individual weapon parts. Among the declared items:
- FORT 12R pistol, caliber 9 mm (worth over 30 thousand hryvnias);
- Fabarm shotgun, caliber 12/76 (from 30 thousand hryvnias);
- Hunting-industrial OP SKS 7.62 rifle (priced between 35 to 40 thousand hryvnias);
- Desert Tech SRS Rifle, caliber 7.62 mm (over 250 thousand hryvnias);
- POF USA Minuteman rifle, caliber 223 Remington (over 125 thousand hryvnias);
- POF USA P rifle, caliber 223 Remington (156 thousand hryvnias).
Cost of Components and Additional Rifle
In addition to the main weapons, the declaration includes components: barrel, bolt, and receiver box from Daniele Defense 223, with a total value of nearly 400 thousand hryvnias, as well as an additional interchangeable rifled barrel, which costs just under 154 thousand hryvnias.
Separately, Vitaliy Klitschko declared a hunting rifled TS HTI rifle from the brand “Tactical Systems” with an estimated value of over 500 thousand hryvnias.
