Volodymyr Prokopiv has returned to his duties as Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration for self-government matters.

Investigation Found No Violations
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Vitaliy Klitschko. The city administration emphasized that the results of the anti-corruption agencies’ checks revealed no violations in Prokopiv’s activities.
“According to the results of the investigation by the anti-corruption agencies, to which the Kyiv City State Administration appealed, including NABU, NAPK, and the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the Kyiv City State Administration, no violations were established and no comments were made regarding Volodymyr Prokopiv’s activities,” the statement said.
Suspicion of Assisting Draft Dodgers
It is worth recalling that in April of this year, Volodymyr Prokopiv was presented with a suspicion within the investigation of the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine. The investigation suspects the official of assisting citizens who evade mobilization in traveling to European Union countries under the guise of transporting humanitarian cargo, including fuel for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Kyiv City State Administration has not yet reported whether this criminal proceeding has been completed.
