The Kyiv Zoo is hosting vitamin weekends during which residents receive seasonal treats – juicy watermelons.

The demonstrative feedings are organized according to a strict schedule so that visitors can see the most exciting moments. This time, special attention is given to big cats, bears, and gorilla Tony.
- Island of Beasts:
- 10:30 – lions Hercules, Kristina, Viliya, and Darina;
- 10:45 – tigress Dalila;
- 11:00 – gorilla Tony;
- 11:20 – tigers Rena and Baby;
- 11:30 – tigress Hecate;
- 11:50 – hyenas Hasan and Tigran.
- Bear Continent:
- 12:30 – Ussuri white-breasted bears Baby and Berry;
- 12:50 – Tian Shan bear Chudo;
- 13:00 – brown bears Potap and Nastya;
- 13:20 – river otter Silky;
- 13:40 – large family of raccoons;
- 14:00 – Ussuri white-breasted bear Bob.
- Fruit Garden (near the Ferris wheel):
- 14:20 – coatis Shnobi-Shnobs, Chester, Venya, Fanya, and Phyllis.
